使电介质击穿的电压。电介质在足够强的电场作用下将失去其介电性能成为导体,称为电介质击穿,所对应的电压称为击穿电压。

电介质击穿时的电场强度叫击穿场强。不同电介质在相同温度下,其击穿场强不同。当电容器介质和两极板的距离d一定后,由U1-U2=Ed知,击穿场强决定了击穿电压。击穿场强通常又称为电介质的介电强度。

提高电容器的耐压能力起关键作用的是电介质的介电强度。附表为各种电介质的相对介电常量εr和介电强度。电介质εr击穿场强,×106/(V·m-1)

 

 

 

耐电压击穿场强电气强度试验仪正确选用耐压测试仪

 

选用耐压仪zui重要的是2个指标,zui大输出电压值及zui大报警电流值一定要大于你所需要的电压值和报警电流值。

 

 

一般被试产品标准中规定了施加高压值及报警判定电流值。如果施加的电压越高,报警判定电流越大,那么需要耐压仪升压变压器功率就越大,一般耐压仪升压变压器功率有0.2kVA、0.5kVA、1kVA、2kVA、3kVA等。zui高电压可以到几万伏。zui大报警电流500mA-1000mA等。所以在选择耐压仪时一定要注意这2个指标。

 

功率选太大就会造成浪费,选的太小耐压试验不能正确判断合格与否。

根据IEC414或(GB6738-86)中规定选择耐压仪的功率方法,我们认为是比较科学的。“首先将耐压仪的输出电压调到规定值的50%,然后接上被试品,当观测到的电压降小于该电压值的10%时,则认为耐压仪的功率是足够的。”

 

也就是如果某一产品的耐压试验的电压值为3000伏,先把耐压仪的输出电压调到1500伏后接上被试品,如果此时耐压仪输出电压下降的值不大于150伏,那么耐压仪的功率是足够的。被试品的带电部分与外壳之间存在分布电容。电容存在一个CX容抗,当一个交流电压施加在这CX电容两端就会引成一个电流。

 

  

这个电流的大小与CX电容的容量成正比与施加的电压值成正比,当这个电流大到或超过耐压仪zui大输出电流时,这台耐压仪就不能正确判别试验合格与否。

 

 

电缆耐电压的试验方法

 

1、应采用成品电线的试样按28.2—28.9所述的方法做试验。应试验绝缘线、绝缘扁电缆或护套电缆的绝缘线芯。在护套电缆的情况下,应取出绝缘线芯并独立于护套电缆做试验。



2、对于每个需进行评价的电线样品,应取6个绝缘线或护套电缆的绝缘线芯试样做试验。每个试样应长24in(610mm)。其中3个试样在未老化状态下做试验,另3个试样应经过烘箱处理后做试验。



3、三个用于烘箱处理的直线状试样应放进烘箱中进行处理,处理时间和烘箱温度应与本标准第14节:绝缘和护套末老化和烘箱老化后物理性能所述和试验*。



4、烘箱处理以后,应将这3个试样放在室温的静止空气中泠却16-96小时然后做试验。泠却期结束以后,同时采用末老化和烘箱老化的试样做试验。采用金属箔包每个试样中央的12in(305mm)的部分。



 5、除了扁电线外,应将每个试样的金属箔绕包部分绕在金属试棒上6个完整的紧密相连的圈。试棒直径应为试样外径的2倍或是0.19in(5mm)取二者中较大者,每个由此形成地螺旋线的端头应松松地缠绕在一起或是采用粘接带固定在一起以防止退绕。扁电线试样应围绕直径等于短径2倍的试棒弯曲成U形并与试棒接触至少180°。



6、介电试验机应能提供50或是60HZ连续可变从零至电线试样额定电压5倍的输出电压。电路中接上试样后,输出电压的峰值因数(峰值除以均方根值)应等于纯正波上半部输出范围峰值因数的95-105%。应使用电压表连续临测输出电压,该电压表的响应时间在规定的升压速度下不会造成大于1%满盘的滞后的误差。其总电压精度不会造成大于5%的误差。试验机变压器可输出的zui大电流应保证可进行试样的击穿试验而示发持加载电流引起断路器跳闸现象。



7、将介电试验机的一根试验引接到作为一个电极的试样的导体上,并另一根试验引接到作为另一个电极的金属试棒上,电压应从零开始上升至28.1

规定的试验电压。升压速度不得超过500V/s如果达到水平无击穿,电压应保持在该水平60秒。

 



8、试验电压在规定电压水平上维持60秒后,应以不超过500V/S的速度继续升压至击穿。应分别记录末老化试样和烘箱老化试样的介质击穿电压并分别求出末老化试样和烘箱的老化试样的介质击穿电压的平均值。
 


9、末老化试样和烘箱老化试样应满足下列要求:

a)末老化试样和烘箱老化试样应耐受28.1规定的试验电压60秒不击穿;

b) 烘箱梅化试样的介质击穿电压的平均值不得小于末老化试样平均值的50%。
